“Practically” Carnivore Chocolate Pudding

PRACTICALLY CARNIVORE CHOCOLTATE PUDDING

This is practically, almost, but not quite a carnivore chocolate pudding that tastes great and helps support your health goals!

Ingredients

Gelatin

Pudding Base

  • cups water
  • 1 serving Keto Chow Core
  • 8 tbsp beef tallow
  • tsp pure monk fruit extract OR pure stevia extract OPTIONAL

Instructions

Gelatin

  • Sprinkle gelatin over surface of ½ cup of water.
  • Set aside to allow gelatin to bloom.

Pudding

  • Put 1 ½ cups water into blender. Add keto chow. Blend for a moment to incorporate.
  • Add tallow to blender. Blend.
  • While blender is running, heat bloomed gelatin in microwave for about 30 seconds, or until liquid.
  • With blender running on low, slowly stream activated gelatin into pudding base.
  • Blend until the pudding is a uniform color.
  • Pour into container with a lid and put into fridge for several hours, up to overnight, for pudding to set.
  • Once set, you can serve as it is, or you can use an immersion blender to make the texture more like a cooked pudding.
