Easy Freezer Meatballs || Low Carb & Sugar Free!
Hey y’all! My friend Claire (Cookie Crumb Fun) and I were brainstorming ideas for Thanksgiving Dinner and we wanted to share some appetizer recipes with you. I immediately thought of my Easy Freezer Meatball recipe because they’re so simple and a crowd-pleaser! Make these ahead of time, store them in the freezer, then pull them out when you need them! The flavor profile is very neutral so they could easily be added to things like a taco soup, spaghetti sauce (I have a video sharing my recipe for simple Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce!) to serve over zoodles, or with some sugar free BBQ sauce for an appetizer like I’m sharing…

Keto Spiced Cheesecake
Around the holidays, you hear so much discussion about pumpkin-this and pumpkin-that. I like pumpkin. But I don’t LOVE it the way that I see people sharing on social media. And Jarred’s not a fan of pumpkin at all. So the whole pumpkin thing is kind of wasted around here. Instead of going the pumpkin route for holiday desserts, I wanted to try my hand at making a “gingerbread” flavored cheesecake. I’m certain there are seventy-bajillion gingerbread cheesecake recipes out there – and half are probably Trim Healthy Mama friendly… But I wanted to play around in my kitchen and this is what I came up with – Spiced Cheesecake!…

Boosted Creamsicle Sipper
What on earth is “Boosted”? If you’ve traipsed around the Trim Healthy Mama world any time within the past year or so, you’ve definitely heard the term “boosted”. It’s in reference to a powerhouse powder from the baobab fruit. Baobab has loads of vitamin c, antioxidants, and fiber for days. I was blessed with a fall cold (thank you 2nd daughter) and was feeling desperate for some tasty vitamin c but didn’t want to go the trouble of making the infamous “Singing Canary Sipper” from Trim Healthy Mama. Don’t get me wrong! It’s a fabulous sipper (and technically it was my “gateway beverage” into the world of THM), but it…

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti sauce is one of those things I never buy… ever. https://youtu.be/RyISdioEY4A It’s entirely too simple to make myself, so I never think to add it to a grocery list! My Mom-in-Love taught me to make spaghetti sauce myself, and I’ve never looked back. The recipe I use isn’t really a recipe so much as a gut response to whatever happens to be in my pantry at the time. Hopefully this “recipe” (a loose term in my kitchen) will point you in the right direction for your own personal spaghetti sauce. P.S. This sauce freezes very well, so make the whole batch (or two or three) and squirrel away the extra…

Keto Oreo Chocolate
Oh Nabisco… how I used to love those deep chocolatey cream filled sandwich cookies! Growing up, Oreos were my absolute most favorite cookie. I could easily eat a whole row in the regular pack without batting an eye. What would that have been? 10? 12? I can’t remember this many years down the line, but it was a lot more than the “serving size” listed on the back. But then things changed. I matured and learned many things about nutrition. When that realm of knowledge unfolded around me, my mindset did a 180 and I denied myself those delicious cookies. I began living a sugar free, keto friendly life. I…
