How to Make Fluffy Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes on THM can be somewhat illusive. While I prefer eggs and greens in the morning, somedays I just really want some fluffy pancakes. To date, I’ve been pretty disappointed with how flat most THM friendly pancake recipes fall. After a bit of workshopping some ideas, I’ve come up with this recipe! The best part (I believe) is that it’s flexible on fuel types and I could find everything at my local Walmart, except the whey protein. But even then, there were some whey isolate options there that could’ve worked! I hope you’ll try out my recipe and let me know what you think!

Boosted Creamsicle Sipper
What on earth is “Boosted”? If you’ve traipsed around the Trim Healthy Mama world any time within the past year or so, you’ve definitely heard the term “boosted”. It’s in reference to a powerhouse powder from the baobab fruit. Baobab has loads of vitamin c, antioxidants, and fiber for days. Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
