What on earth is “Boosted”? If you’ve traipsed around the Trim Healthy Mama world any time within the past year or so, you’ve definitely heard the term “boosted”. It’s in reference to a powerhouse powder from the baobab fruit. Baobab has loads of vitamin c, antioxidants, and fiber for days. Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti sauce is one of those things I never buy… ever. https://youtu.be/RyISdioEY4A It’s entirely too simple to make myself, so I never think to add it to a grocery list! My Mom-in-Love taught me to make spaghetti sauce myself, and I’ve never looked back.The recipe I use isn’t really a recipe so much as a gut response to whatever happens to be in my pantry at the time. Oh Nabisco… how I used to love those deep chocolatey cream filled sandwich cookies! Growing up, Oreos were my absolute most favorite cookie. I could easily eat a whole row in the regular pack without batting an eye. What would that have been? 10? 12?
