SWEET CHILI SAUCE || KETO FRIENDLY!
This Asian inspired condiment is great to keep on hand to add a spicy kick to your Asian inspired dishes!

Servings: 12 servings
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup allulose
- 1 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce/ soy sauce alternative
- 1 TBSP Sriracha (more or less to your taste)
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger powder
- ½ tsp red chili pepper flakes (more or less to your taste)
- ¼ tsp glucomannan (may not need)
In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients EXCEPT for glucomannan. Whisk well.
Turn on stovetop heat to MEDIUM and allow the ingredients to come to a steady simmer.
Reduce the heat to a low simmer. Allow sauce to reduce by ⅓ to ½ the initial volume.
If sauce isn't as thick as you'd prefer, add the glucomannan by whisking the sauce vigorously as you sprinkle in the glucomannan.
Allow sauce to simmer a few more minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
