SUGARLESS SIMPLE SYRUP || KETO FRIENDLY

Here's an easy simple syrup that's keto friendly!

Ingredients

Basic Syrup

Amaretto Flavor

Sugar Cookie Flavor

Instructions

SIMPLE SYRUP

  • In a saucepan, combine the water, allulose, 1 pinch of salt, and acacia fiber. Whisk well.
  • Turn heat to medium low and allow syrup ingredients to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Take off heat and allow to cool.
  • You can store the syrup at this stage in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or continue to the following steps to make flavored syrups.

Amaretto Syrup

  • Once simple syrup has cooled for a few minutes, add almond and vanilla extracts as well as the additional pinches of salt.
  • Whisk together well. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Sugar Cookie Syrup

  • Once simple syrup has cooled for a few minutes, add vanilla and butter extracts as well as the additional pinches of salt.
  • Whisk together well. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
