Heat water in kettle.
Chop cocoa butter. Pour into glass jar. Add up to 1 cup hot water to cover cocoa butter and allow it to melt.
Add Vanilla Cream KetoChow*, sunflower lecithin*, 1 cup cool water, and peppermint extract to jar.
Using immersion blender, blend until mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Add remaining 1 cup of cool water. Mix again.
Put a lid on the jar. Place jar in the fridge until the creamer is fully chilled.
Serve with hot coffee, your favorite tea, or mix equal parts of the creamer with hot water to make a festive steamer. Enjoy!
