White Chocolate Peppermint Creamer

Make healthy and easy coffee shop creations with this delicious holiday favorite!

Instructions

  • Heat water in kettle.
  • Chop cocoa butter. Pour into glass jar. Add up to 1 cup hot water to cover cocoa butter and allow it to melt.
  • Add Vanilla Cream KetoChow*, sunflower lecithin*, 1 cup cool water, and peppermint extract to jar.
  • Using immersion blender, blend until mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of cool water. Mix again.
  • Put a lid on the jar. Place jar in the fridge until the creamer is fully chilled.
  • Serve with hot coffee, your favorite tea, or mix equal parts of the creamer with hot water to make a festive steamer. Enjoy!

Notes

*Swap the KetoChow with a serving of your favorite Vanilla or Unflavored protein powder. If you use unflavored, be sure to add about ½ tsp of vanilla and your sweetener of choice to your taste!
*Swap Sunflower Lecithin with an equal amount of Acacia Fiber. It's used as an emulsifier and your creamer will separate if you don't use one.
